Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

We are unable to issue refunds. We will accept returns for even exchange only in cases of damage or incorrect sizing. Please be sure to retain your packing slip and/or printed copy of your order confirmation email and contact storefronts@metzgers.com to begin the return process.

I chose the free local delivery for pick up option. When and where can I pick up my order?

Toledo-Area Campus orders will be ready about 2 days after you place your order. Pickup location and times are below:

Your order must be picked up in person.

For Findlay-Area Campus orders, please allow 5-7 days after your order is placed to be ready for pick up. You will be contacted when your order is ready at the following location:
